Do you offer reduced rates?
I offer a limited number of reduced rates. Let’s talk about your situation and figure out this out together. In a case when I am not offering reduced rates, I can provide referrals for other therapists who might have openings.
How long will I need to be in therapy to see resolves? How often do we meet?
Great questions with a not so clear answer. I'm not sure, it's different for each person. On average, my clients report feeling relief after the first few session and see progress within 2 months of weekly sessions. For long lasting effects, I ask client to committee to weekly session for the first 6 months of treatment. At this time, we will review work and treatment goals and we will discuss the next steps in working together.
For effective and sustained growth, I prefer and recommend weekly session opposed to biweekly or monthly work. See my blog post on this for more information. Select hyperlink here.
Do you take insurance?
At this time I do not accept insurance. Using insurance for therapy has both benefits and setbacks. See my blog post on this for more information. Select hyperlink here.
