Once you’ve made the choice to start this journey, you might want some information about how working together will look.
Prior to coming in for your first session, you will complete a few forms that will help me get more information about you, and help you understand guidelines for the therapy process.
Together during the first session, we will discuss what you would like for yourself out of therapy, including your goals. Throughout the treatment process, we’ll check in on progress towards your goals and make sure that you’re still getting what you want from the therapeutic process.
