Authentic Connections, Authentic Healing, Radical Change
In life, there can be moments when anxiety or feeling low settles in, especially when life feels uncertain or strained. You may feel down or anxious or worrying about relationships or work. You may even using substances or alcohol, food, sex, work, or exercise to manage all the ups and downs or to feel less up or less down. Sometimes it can feels like you aren't living your true life. Sounds familiar? This is were therapy can provide a place to land in all of this. For me, therapy is a process of growth, self-discovery and genuine connection that can allow us to feel more heard and seen and thus, change. In our work together, we will connect with your inner resources with curiosity about how what we truly want for our self might also bring up our greatest fear. We will explore old internal barriers that no longer serve you. Rather than trying to fix or solve for the "issue", the work will support a deeper reconnection with your authentic self opening space for more choice, more connection, and change.

Here's what working together looks like.
Prior to coming in for your first session, I offer a 20 minute consultation session to see if we feel like a good fit. If it feels right, we will schedule our first appointment and forms that will help me get more information about you, and help you understand guidelines for the therapy process.
Together during the first session, we will discuss what you would like for yourself out of therapy, what some might call "goals" for our time together. Throughout the treatment process, we’ll check in on progress towards your goals and make sure that you’re still getting what you want from the therapeutic process. Sessions are 50 minutes and I recommended weekly sessions to aid in getting the most benefit out of the work.
